Reservations and Inquiries

House-cleaning fee ($185.00) will be waived for all guests staying three (3) nights or longer.

If you have seen our literature at any North Carolina Welcome Center please mention this at the time of your call.

MAKING A RESERVATION

We accept payment in the following currencies: U.S. (US$), Canadian (C$) or Australian (AU$) Dollars, British Pounds (£), Japanese Yen (¥), or Euros (€), by credit card, cash, check, or traveler’s check. To make a reservation with your credit card, please phone us toll-free at 866-408-8133. If phoning from outside the U.S., please call 1-423-926-7348. Do not email your credit card or bank account number to us, as the security of emails cannot be guaranteed. Credit card reservations cannot be accepted more than three (3) months prior to your expected date of arrival. Therefore, if you wish to make a reservation more than 90 days in advance of your stay (or if you prefer not to use a credit card), please mail your check with your name, full contact information (including mailing address, home and cell phone numbers and email), and the dates of your visit to:

FEATURES, INFORMATION and POLICIES

• 3½ acres (1.42 hectares) of privacy, peace and glorious mountain views
• Only 10 miles (16 kilometers) from downtown Asheville, NC
• Rates are all-inclusive, except for N.C. state sales tax (6.75%)
• The Asheville Lodge is a smoke-free facility
• Three (3) levels, 2862 square feet (266 square meters), seven (7) large rooms
• The Asheville Lodge has four (4) bedrooms, three (3) with queen beds and one (1) with three (3) twin beds for a total sleeping capacity of nine (9) people
• Two (2) indoor dining areas plus a third dining table on the deck
• Jacuzzi tub with three-headed shower on main level; standard tub/shower combo on second level; 3 commodes; 5 washstands/vanities; all water triple-filtered
• Laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink; fully-equipped modern kitchen
• Wrap-around hardwood decks and private balcony on second floor
• 387 sq. ft. game and music room on the lower level with Foosball and keyboard
• We provide fresh linens, towels, kitchenware, dishes, glasses and cups, paper goods, and most every common household item to make your stay care-free
• Propane fireplace in living room with on/off switch and blower, plus outdoor grill
• State-of-the-art security system (24/7); land-line phones; excellent cell phone reception
