Privacy:

The privacy and confidentiality of all our on-line visitors and guests is strictly honored.  Whether you contact us for an inquiry, make a reservation, or become one of our valued guests, we ask only for the essential information needed to answer your inquiries, complete a payment transaction, and to make your stay a safe and happy one.

All personal and financial information is kept secure at all times.

We do not share our mailing list with anyone, nor do we do not sell, share, rent or give away ANY personal information to any other party, except in the extremely unlikely event that we would be required by law to provide information to law enforcement authorities.

Please do not send us any banking or credit card information by E-mail. E-mail is not secure!  The safest way to give us your credit card information is by phone. Our toll-free phone number is 866-408-8133.

Your credit card information is never emailed out and can only be accessed by us and the transacting banks through a secure and encrypted online system. When you place a reservation deposit (check, traveler’s check, credit card, or cash) your deposit will be held in a Trust account of the Asheville Lodge, L.L.C., at Wachovia Bank, NA, Main Financial Center, 1 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801 USA.

Security During Your Stay:

The crime rate in Buncombe County (Asheville and its environs) is significantly lower than the U.S. average. Our property is located in a very safe neighborhood, within a private and upscale development that is posted and protected against trespassing. The Asheville Lodge is equipped with deadbolts on every door and a state-of-the-art whole-house security system that is monitored 24/7 to protect against forced or surreptitious entry, fire, smoke, unauthorized movement, broken glass, etc. Guests are provided with a special security key fob. Pushing the "lock" or "unlock" button (just like with the key fob to your vehicle) is all that's needed to activate and deactivate the security system at will for the duration of your stay, so you need not worry about having to memorize security codes or how to operate the keypad.
